Business Development Associate

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our leading influencer marketing agency on our exciting journey from startup to scaleup.

We are a fun team passionate about helping brands engage with the millennial and younger audiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded individual to help us grow.


  • Identify key brands, research potential opportunities and initiate contact.
  • Follow up on warm inbound leads and work them through our predictable sales process.
  • Upsell and cross-sell existing brands on new products and ad formats.
  • Provide demos to brands of our self-service platform and be the first point of call for them. 
  • Research latest trends on social media in influencer world and come up with strategies and creative ideas.
  • Create proposals and other commercial content.


  • Graduate with some level experience in sales preferred (whether that’s work experience or a placement). It would be ideal if this was in the media/ advertising/ creative industry.
  • Great creative and copywriting skills to create proposals and other commercial content.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing and prioritizing a diverse workload.
  • Obsessed with youth and pop culture – we need you to stay on top of trending memes and hashtags, and know how brands can use them to their advantage.
