FC Business Intelligence uses TalentPool to hire for their HR, Conference Production, Marketing and Business Development roles.
FC Business Intelligence, the London-based international media company, first started using TalentPool during the summer of 2017. Their first hire from this period was for the role of an HR Assistant who would be responsible for running the management of FC’s HR system and dealing with the recruitment needs of each of their sectors/teams. Since hiring Daniela Rigden for this position, the company now use TalentPool when looking to hire fresh graduate talent. And the whole process is run and managed by Daniela herself. TalentPool’s matching engine means that Daniela only receives a manageable number of relevant applications. She can sort through them in her account, either rejecting applicants or deciding to ‘connect’ with them (when an employer decides to connect with a candidate, TalentPool sends both parties an introduction email to get the conversation going). This process makes it easy for Daniela to stay on top of applications and to access the right talent faster.
