We are delighted to announce that TalentPool has been selected as one of five companies to supply talent matching technology to the UK public sector.
As the public sector seeks to move away from the expensive and inefficient traditional sourcing models, they are looking for a cost-effective, innovative and efficient alternative.
From April 11th, over 400 Local Authorities will have access to our technology platform, as well as Schools, Academies, Colleges, Universities, Hospitals, Registered Charities, Registered Social Landlords, NHS and Emergency (Blue Light) Services.
Through ESPO – a public sector procurement organisation, we have been awarded a place as a supplier on the MSTAR3 national framework. The public sector is expected to spend £400m over the next 2 years on this framework to achieve their goal. We are very excited to be at the forefront of this development, using our advanced technology and AI to provide an effective and innovative solution to help reform the way the public sector hires temporary workers.
The public sector is taking some really bold steps to take greater control of their recruitment activities and reduce their dependency on traditional sourcing channels. We’re delighted to have been selected to enable this transition. We can’t wait to bring our AI matching engine to this new market.
